1 Acceptance

By using InvoPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Service Scope

InvoPilot provides professional invoice generation, cloud synchronization, and financial management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the service.

3 User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your invoices.
  • You must comply with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Abuse of the service for fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

4 Billing & Subscriptions

Paid tiers offer expanded PDF generation limits. Subscription status is managed via your account. Credits consumed are non-refundable.

5 Data Retention

We employ a soft-delete policy for user convenience. Inactive free accounts may be subject to purging after extended periods of inactivity (typically 1 year).

6 Liability

InvoPilot is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our tools.
